Last year, over 5,500 people were supported with a grant through the Vicar’s Relief Fund.
The VRF helps people experiencing homelessness through small, quick grants that prevent eviction or help people access accommodation. Applications are received from frontline workers on behalf of the people they are supporting and are assessed in just 2 days on average. We offer grants of up to 350 pounds.
You can find some numbers for last year below. For more information, read our impact report.
During 2018/19, we awarded 3,827 grants to access accommodation, prevent eviction and set up home. These grants contributed to support 5,988 people.
