Head of Finance

Play a crucial part in ensuring the financial sustainability of our charity’s fundraising efforts and oversee the full range of the organisation’s finances, administrative functions and grant expenditure. The role will be responsible for managing all financial aspects of our fundraising, grant making and operational activities, providing strategic financial insights and maintaining compliance with relevant regulations.

  • Salary: £60,000 per annum

Head of Leadership Giving

The Head of Leadership Giving will lead the strategic direction and expansion of the high-value giving portfolio. This role has particular focus on optimising high-value support for the 100th Anniversary of the Charity’s BBC Radio 4 Christmas Appeal in 2026, including the set up and stewardship of an Appeal Board to develop key relationships connected to this unique and special campaign.

  • Salary: £54,000 per annum

Head of Individual Giving

The Head of Individual Giving will provide strategic leadership to the Individual Giving team and leading a programme set to raise £4.1m this year. This role will lead an audience-focused approach to achieve long term sustainable income growth and increasing the number of long-term supporters over the next three years, with the ambition to increase income by 21% in 2027.
