Here are some Frequently Asked Questions about the supporter research we conduct.

Supporters like yourself are the thread that runs through everything we do, and our work would not be possible without your generous support. Here you can find some information about the research we are currently conducting to understand our supporter base, so we can continue appealing to our audiences, raise more money and ultimately continue supporting people experiencing homelessness.

Why are you doing this work?

In order to continue raising the vital funds that you so generously provide, and that allow us to continue supporting people experiencing homelessness across the UK, we want to find out more about our supporter base. This will allow us to tailor our communications to make them as appealing and engaging as possible to our supporters.

What sort of information do you want to find out?

We want to know who are the people that make up our loyal supporter base. We want to find out more about your values, motivations and interests, to make sure we always keep you and your preferences at the heart of everything we do. We do hope you will be interested in being part of this research and we are sure you will find it an enjoyable experience, and an opportunity to support us as we continue to grow and extend the breath and depth of our support to people experiencing homelessness across the country.
