Are you a UK taxpayer?

If Yes

Would you be willing for us to Gift Aid your donation?

Make your gift worth 25 per cent more, at no extra cost to you. I want all donations I have made to the BBC Radio 4 Christmas Appeal with St Martin-in-the-Fields in the past four years, and any donations I make in the future, to be Gift Aided until I notify you otherwise.

To qualify for Gift Aid, you must pay an amount of UK Income Tax and/or Capital Gains Tax at least equal to the tax that all charities and Community Amateur Sports Clubs (CASCs) that you donate to reclaim on your donations in the appropriate tax year (currently 25p for each £1 given). Other taxes such as VAT and Council Tax do not apply. Tax year is 6 April one year to 5 April the next.

If you have an e-mail address, it will, of course, save us postage.

Have you got an e-mail address?

May I take it?

Can I take your address starting with your postcode?

We need this information to process your donation to prove to your credit card company that we have spoken to you. We should be able to find your address from your postcode.

We will never share or sell your personal information with another organisation for their interests. We do not carry out any telephone fundraising or face-to-face fundraising.
