Are you a UK taxpayer?

Your address is needed to identify you as a current UK taxpayer. In order to Gift Aid your donation please will you confirm that you agree with the following statement:

I want all donations I've made to you in the past four years and all donations in future to be treated as Gift Aid donations until I notify you otherwise. I am a UK taxpayer and understand that if I pay less Income Tax and/or Capital Gains Tax than the amount of Gift Aid claimed on all my donations in that tax year it is my responsibility to pay any difference.

Please notify the us if you:

  • - want to cancel this declaration
  • - change your name or home address
  • - no longer pay sufficient tax on your income and/or capital gains

If you pay Income Tax at the higher or additional rate and want to receive the additional tax relief due to you, you must include all your Gift Aid donations on your Self-Assessment tax return or ask HM Revenue and Customs to adjust your tax code.

If you have an e-mail address, it will, of course, save us postage.

Have you got an e-mail address?

May I taking it? You will get a receipt by email from our system, if you have one.

Now I need your address starting with your postcode. We need this information to process your donation to prove to your credit card company that we have spoken to you. We should be able to find your full address from your postcode.

Keep in touch

We'd like to keep in contact to let you know how your donations are supporting people across the UK. We only send two communications per year; would you be happy to hear from us?
