We have a passionate and dedicated Board of Trustees, who drive the charity’s development.
Mark Devlin: Mark is the Chair of our Board of Trustees. He is the CEO of Young Epilepsy, the children and young people’s national epilepsy charity. Prior to this, he was Chief Operating Officer of Unicef UK, the international development and humanitarian aid charity. He is a council member with the University of Sussex.
Prof Michelle Cornes: Michelle is Professor of Health and Social Policy Inequalities at Salford University. She is currently a member of the DHSC’s Governance Board for Out-of-Hospital Care and has previously served as member of the government’s Rough Sleeping Task Force that advised on the development of the previous rough sleeping strategy.
Myles Edward: Myles brings extensive digital, marketing and commercial experience and of operating at a senior level in executive and non-executive roles. Myles also brings extensive board experience including more recent senior independent and non-executive director roles in the housing sector.
Viki Fox: Viki is Policy and Participation Manager at Cyrenians, Edinburgh. She is also the Service Manager for LEAP (Lothian and Edinburgh Abstinence Programme) out of hours care — providing accommodation-based support for those on the NHS 12-week addiction rehabilitation programme. Viki is also a Trustee for Crisis UK.
Debbie Giwa: Debbie is the Employment Finance, Commercial and Business Director at The Reading Agency. She is also the Director at Vidya Dhan, a non-profit organisation that empowers girls and communities through education.
Victoria Hill: Victoria is the CEO at Hammersmith United Charities, an organisation that invests in the people and communities of Hammersmith.
Carol Hilsum: Carol is a digital and marketing professional and currently Senior Director of Product Innovation with a large global retail brand – Farfetch.
Keith Leslie: Keith was a partner in global consulting firms (McKinsey and Deloitte). He is currently Chair of the Samaritans, Chair of ACCA Global Forum and on the Council of St Paul’s Cathedral.
Frances Stratton: Frances is a private family lawyer. Her work comprised everything from observing cases which are of interest to the international community at large to considering measures to improve police responses to allegations of domestic violence and assisting with advocacy training workshops for law students in Delhi.
Revd Dr Sam Wells: Sam is Vicar at St Martin-in-the-Fields Church. Ordained in 1991, he served Church of England parish appointments for 14 years in Newcastle, Cambridge and Norwich prior to joining St Martin’s.
Julian Worricker: Julian is a journalist and broadcaster with 30 years’ on-air experience, both in radio and television. He currently presents ‘Weekend’ on the BBC World Service, appears regularly on the BBC News Channel. He has won three Sony Gold awards.
